A young boy who had just had an operation on his arm became quite the unexpected comedian, and now a video of his comical rambling is going viral. As Matthew emerges from anesthesia, he comically says, "Hey kids, what's up?" He later announces that he feels "dizzy," and then asks, "Why do I feel dizzaaay?"

Apparently Matthew does not remember why he had surgery, because he even questions his family members who are present in his hospital room, "Hey, what's the big orange thing on my arm, man?" Those in the room cannot help but laugh at the little guy who is still heavily medicated.

Matthew's video has received more than 800, 000 views since it was posted on May 25. On Twitter, people are making comparisons to 2009's "David After the Dentist" video, which has more than 111 million views to date.

The Washington Post reached a milestone Tuesday that most Twitter users only dream of: It reached 1 million followers. Instead of sending out a generic "thank you" and moving on, the newspaper decided to do something special.

The newspaper created an interactive collage with a giant Washington Post logo consisting of profile pictures of its Twitter followers. But what takes this graphic to the next level is its zooming ability. When a user clicks on a section of the graphic, it zooms in and reveals thousands of tiled images.

"To us 1 million isn't just a big round number," The Post said. "It represents the many individuals who talk and share with us."

The Post's Twitter account, which was started in 2007, has sent more than 60,000 tweets. Among its most popular tweets is "The Simpsons" creator Matt Groening's revelation of the real Springfield location.
