College Student Successfully Solves Rubik’s Cube While Juggling

How many of us remember all those frustrating hours we spent trying to solve a Rubik's Cube when we younger? For those of us who never solved one and for those who eventually did after many hours, get ready, because one of the latest viral videos might make you feel less accomplished.

Meet Ravi Fernando, a Stanford University student whose friends made a video of him not just solving a Rubik's Cube but doing it while juggling. It is a rather amazing talent. In the YouTube video, he demonstrates his skills even while smiling at times and carrying on a conversation, and he's not juggling slowly. It's hard to see how he does it, but at the end of the minute-and-a-half-long video, somehow he pulls it off without hesitation. It's pretty remarkable.

His friends jokingly mention during the video that Fernando has set an unofficial world record for his skill (unofficial because no one else has come forward to prove that they can do it, too, and faster). The video's title, "Sir Ravi The Juggler," given by the blog Humans of Stanford, even suggests that he deserves to be knighted for his talents.

So far, the video has been viewed more than 700,000 times, and that number is growing rapidly. Commenters are impressed for the most part with what Ravi can do. One person wrote, "Nicely done! That was cool to watch, thanks for sharing." Another person sarcastically wrote, "Solve 3, and then I'll be impressed."

Ravi's got the "Trending Now" team's vote. That just may be the coolest party trick we've seen in a long time. If nothing else, it's definitely a conversation starter. Wonder if McKayla Maroney would be impressed.
