Apple Enthusiast Has Collection Unlike Any Other

Most of us are familiar with Apple's marquee items -- iPods, iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks -- because we see them everywhere. But there are bound to be Apple products that you've never heard of or that seem to exist only in Apple lore. That is, unless your name is Tadataka Goh and you're a jazz musician from Japan.

Goh is an Apple enthusiast whose collection of products is valued at more than $80,000. You would be hard-pressed to find a standard iPod among Goh's collection. Instead, his collectibles include things like a denim necktie, a set of binoculars, an passport cover, and even a safari hat that reads, "We're going on an E-Dventure." Some of the items could probably even be considered antiques.

It's rare to find so many older Apple goods in one place. Goh has been building his collection for more than 15 years. Steve Naughton, who runs the Apple collectibles site RedLightRunner.com, said Goh is his best customer. Goh recently uploaded 4,000 photos of his memorabilia and has many more to go.

Although Goh speaks limited English, when asked about his obsession with collecting Apple products, he responded, "I love Mac." Judging by his incredible collection, it's pretty hard to argue with that.
