CINCINNATI—Mitt Romney is set to deliver a major speech on Friday in Iowa that aides say will offer his closing argument for why voters should elect him over President Barack Obama on Nov. 6.

Ahead of the speech, the Romney campaign is out with a new, three-minute video that is essentially a highlight reel of his campaign. It dates back to his announcement speech in Stratham, N.H., in June 2011 and continues to the present.

The video, titled "Momentum," includes behind-the-scenes footage of the candidate and his running mate, Rep. Paul Ryan, as they travel the country. It wraps with Ryan declaring, "We're gonna win in November!"
