Watch Tori Kelly’s Sold-Out Troubadour Set!

On Thursday, July 18, Tori Kelly performed a sold-out show at legendary West Hollywood club the Troubadour. But fans who didn't nab a ticket need not despair, as highlights from the concert can now be seen right here on Yahoo! Music. The gig is a thank-you to her fans who have helped her achieve some impressive social media milestones. "I'm about to hit 200,000 followers on Twitter, 100,000 on Facebook, and 500,000 on YouTube, so I'm celebrating that with this show," Tori says.

Tori is proving herself to be far more than just an Internet sensation. The 20-year-old singer with an unruly mane of wavy blond hair caught people's attention last year with her impressive acoustic cover of Frank Ocean's "Thinkin' 'Bout You," which has been viewed on YouTube more than 15.3 million times to date. The California native also caught the ear of Scooter Braun, the manager who represents a certain international pop star you may have heard of – Justin Bieber.

"Scooter went to one of my very first shows at a very small coffee shop – he'd heard about me somehow," Kelly explains. "Ever since, he's been a great mentor and supporter. He sees the full vision of my music and what I'm all about."

When asked whether being represented by the manager of one of the biggest pop acts on the planet (who also managed PSY, Carly Rae Jepsen, and the Wanted) has created pressure to live up to certain expectations, Kelly says she's not too worried about it. "Me and Justin are very different artists. It's awesome that Scooter can work on both of our projects. Music should never be a competition."

Kelly has no shortage of projects in the works. She's been recording the follow-up to her self-released EP, Handmade Songs By Tori Kelly, at a Los Angeles studio. "Having more resources and being in this awesome big studio is like a dream come true," she says. "I'm not putting any titles or expectations on it – I'm making the music I feel like making. The goal is to put out a full-length album and get new music out in the fall. I'm doing what I love to do and making music all day."

In addition to writing her own songs, Kelly is also self-producing the album. "That's huge for me," she says. "I'm writing it myself and producing it, and I'm very hands-on because it's my music and I want to put my stamp on it. That's very exciting for me."

Despite her busy touring and recording schedule, Kelly also finds time to give back. Her recent song "Fill a Heart" (which was covered by Jewel and "Glee star Amber Riley) benefits the Child Hunger Ends Here (http://www.childhungerendshere.com/) campaign to end child hunger in America. "It's heartbreaking hearing that over 17 million kids don't know where their next meal is coming from. That inspired me to write the song," she says. Proceeds from sales of "Fill a Heart" (https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/fill-heart-child-hunger-ends/id623658327?ls=1) go to the campaign to eradicate child hunger.

What's more, Kelly enjoyed the experience so much, she got inspired to start her own charity. "The [campaign] with Child Hunger was a great experience and I want to start my own charity in the very near future," she says. "A big passion of mine is [raising awareness about] human trafficking and sex trafficking. I don't think it's being talked about enough…I want to help out as much as I can."
