Clinton’s speech bores the 140-character demographic

Twitter analytics are often dense or obvious, but occasionally you see a chart that perfectly captures the story of the evening. Here, we have the volume of positive and negative tweets during Bill Clinton's long-winded speech at the Democratic convention.

The former president received a tremendous reception. As his address increasingly appeared to challenge 140-minute limit, the 140-character crowd got cranky--only to welcome him back with open arms as he wrapped up.
