Russian dash-cam captures lightning striking SUV roof

The National Weather Service reports that a person's odds of being struck by lightning are around 1 in 775,000. Meet the unfortunate "1" in that statistic. A driver captured footage of lightning striking the roof of another car on a rainy Russian day.

In the video, an unidentified driver cruises along with a dashboard camera pointing at the traffic ahead. Suddenly, a flash of lightning comes down right on top of the Toyota SUV. We hope the passenger(s) in the car were OK, but we have no information about that.
