‘Dragon Baby’: World’s coolest dad creates ‘Kill Bill’-inspired trailer (VIDEO)

In what should easily secure him the Father of the Year title if not an Oscar, Patrick Boivin has created "Dragon Baby," a "Kill Bill"-inspired short film starring his infant son who uses martial arts to slay a stuffed dragon.

According to Boivin, a Montreal-based filmmaker, the minute-long, CGI-heavy trailer is an homage to both Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill" series and "Enter the Dragon," with his son--Romeo Elvis Bulte Boivin--in the Bruce Lee role.

It's also a sequel of sorts. In 2010, Boivin produced "Iron Baby," an "Iron Man" parody featuring his infant daughter. The video of that trailer has been viewed more than 13 million times on YouTube. (Even the "making of" got hundreds of thousands of views.)

"Dragon Baby" is well on its way to the same viral success, marking more than 4 million views since Friday.

According to Boivin's online bio, the 38-year-old director started as a comic book illustrator but "quickly discovered that it was faster to tell a story with video."
