Bill Cosby returning to TV for a live comedy special

Put on your sweaters, stock up on Jell-O pudding, and load your Kodak film: Bill Cosby is returning to a television for a one-night special.

TV Guide Canada reports that The Comedy Network will air "Bill Cosby: From Far Finished" on Nov. 30, which will mark the funnyman's first televised live event in 30 years. Recorded in Los Angeles at the Cerriots Center for the Performing Arts over the summer, Cosby will cover topics like relationships, kids, and marriage, and remind us all why we loved "The Cosby Show" so much.

Which, of course, reminded us of Cosby's days on television. So to celebrate the comedian's triumphant (live) return, here are some of our favourite Cosby moments (and we guess, sweaters too).

Cosby explains why hip-hop causes brain damage
And no, this isn't actually Bill Cosby; it's just "The Simpsons" poking fun at the comedy legend. But it's still a pretty spot-on impression.

Cosby understands and respects gender equality
Which is exactly why he and Claire (Phylicia Rishad) were the ultimate TV parents.

Cosby delivers the hard, cold facts about childbirth
Or more specifically: Raven Simone (Olivia) corrects Cosby on what he doesn't understand, rendering his job as an OBGYN obsolete.

Cosby delivers Jell-O to the foodie demographic
This '90s commercial saw Jell-O spoon-fed to gourmands everywhere. Or at least to anyone who wears tuxedos to dinner.

Cosby argues his case as a car salesman
Because with a pitch like that, who wouldn't want the car he's describing?

Cosby pranks children
Well, ultimately, he usually highlighted their intellect in "Kids Say the Darndest Things." But this time, he puts "Punk'd" to shame.

Cosby makes us want to buy film again
Because if Kodak film came back, maybe we'd also be on the receiving end of Bill Cosby, post-vacation. Or at least see him picking up photos while wearing a Hawaiian shirt.

Remember to tune into The Comedy Network at 9 p.m. ET on Nov. 30 for "Bill Cosby: Far From Finished."
