Police looking for man who had a temper tantrum after he got to Papa John’s minutes after it closed

A Newark Police spokesman, Corporal James Spadola, told the Newark Post that on April 25 at 1:13 a.m., a man had a violent outburst and kicked the bottom of a door, causing glass to break, after learning he had arrived to a Papa John’s just minutes after it had closed.

Police have no suspects at the time and only described the person as being a white male wearing a backwards hat and striped shirt, which, assuming this person changes his clothes from time to time, means it might be difficult to track him down. The damage to the door will cost $500 to repair. It’s understandable why this man would have a meltdown about the Papa John’s being closed. It’s not like there are a million pizzerias in New Jersey.
