Jersey Fouls Extra: Mikhail ‘Grabovsky’ edition

Mikhail Grabovski is having a fine season with the Washington Capitals after being bought out by the Toronto Maple Leafs over the summer. He went to D.C. on a one-year deal after feeling disrespected by his former "idiot" head coach. But if the above keeps up, his first season in Washington may be known more for jersey fouls than his point production.
Playing against the Minnesota Wild Saturday night, Grabovski played the entire game with his last name misspelled on his jersey.

As Capitals blog Russian Machine Never Breaks points out, in the Cyrillic alphabet i and y are interchangeable, so you can understand if the equipment staff had a little mix up spelling "Grabovski".
Except, you see, Saturday wasn't the first time this has happened. Just a month ago, Grabovski's jersey during warm-ups before a game against Carolina also featured the y instead of i. A month ago.
Grabovski now joins the hallowed Hall of Mispellings, joining the likes of Nicklas "Lindstrom" and Jamie "Lagenbrunner." Congrats!
