Ryan Lewis's Stunning New Seattle Home Definitely Step Up From Thrift Shop

Lightning-hot producer Ryan Lewis — who, of course, is best-known for his collaboration with Macklemore, 2013's Grammy-winning album "The Heist" — definitely has more than $20 in his pocket, as evidenced by the stunning new home he's just purchased in his hometown of Seattle.

According to real-estate blog Zillow, Lewis's new pad is (ahem) out of the "thrift shop" price range — he paid $3.3 million for the four-bedroom, four-bathroom estate, which measures up at 7,610 square feet and rests waterfront in the city's prestigious Magnolia section. Lewis's new address on Perkins Lane puts him in the neighborhood of some of Seattle's finest and most private properties.

As you can see: The house is all about its soothing and breathtaking views of Puget Sound, highlighted by a living room that opens out to a scenic deck. The master bedroom also faces the water, and there's a deck upstairs as well. Lewis will enjoy 150 feet of private waterfront access

We have to hand it to Lewis: It's an unusually smart purchase for someone so young. Unlike many other celebs his age, the 25-year-old producer went for tasteful class over grandiose flash in his real estate decision, resulting in a purchase he won't soon outgrow.

It's hard to imagine any wild parties being thrown in this stately home; but it's easy to picture Lewis (and his residence) aging gracefully together for as long as he chooses to stay there. Lewis — still riding high off "The Heist"'s success, but told Billboard he's already thinking about album No. 2 with Macklemore — will no doubt find plenty of inspiration and relaxation in his well-chosen abode.
