Watch McLaren’s Sergio Perez hustle a McLaren P1 on-track

McLaren's latest protagonist, Sergio Perez, recently got to experience one of the many perks to being a Formula One driver. In the video below, we get to see the Mexican driver beam from ear to ear as he hustles the mighty P1 around Top Gear's test track in southern England. Unsurprisingly, Sergio claims that McLaren's new hypercar is as close to a Formula One car as you can get. While he may be exaggerating just a touch, we have no doubt that the 903-horsepower P1 will be truly exceptional. If the chance arises for us to get behind the wheel, we'll be sure to let you know.
