Minnesota Twins mascot catches ball in mouth like it's a leaping salmon

Obviously famished and malnourished, the Minnesota Twins mascot, T.C. Bear, put on feeding display Tuesday night when a ball was tossed into the stands at Hammond Stadium in Fort Myers, Fla. Rather than using one of its four-fingered paws to catch the souvenir, T.C. simply opened his/her mouth and gobbled up the baseball as if the creature were salmon fishing in the middle of an Alaska river.

Oh, the fishmanity!

Presumably, after posing and preening for a small group of youngsters in the section near the Twins dugout, T.C. offered the ball, probably teeming in bear mascot saliva, to a grateful child. The video cuts out before we know for sure.
