Dressed for Success? Tips for Your Job Interview Style

It’s hard to find a job these days, and on top of that, it’s even harder to know the rights and wrongs when it comes to what you should wear to a job interview – if you should get one.

Style expert Daisy Lewellyn and author of Never Pay Retail Again: Shop Smart Spend Less Look Your Best Ever stopped by “Katie Classified” to help three young women figure it all out.

“We just learned how to make the right first impression on your resume, but once it gets you in the door, could your look be holding you back?” Katie asked. “How long does it take for them [executives and managers] to judge your appearance and your look?”

According to Daisy, 2.2 seconds. “AKA immediately,” Daisy said.

The three job-seekers played a little game called “Spot the Flaws,” where -- you guessed it -- they spotted the flaws on some questionable fashion choices.
