'Bones' Wedding: Coming Soon, With Lots of Old Familiar Faces

John Francis Daley, Tamara Taylor, David Boreanaz, Emily Deschanel, TJ Thyne, and Michaela Conlin in "Bones" Season 9 on Fox.

The "Bones" wedding we've all been waiting for is happening — and soon! — but first, Booth (David Boreanaz) has to put a ring on it.

As heartbroken fans know, the FBI agent was forced to end his brief engagement to Brennan (Emily Deschanel) at the secret behest of serial killer Pelant. (Guess he's not on Booth's shortlist for best man.)

While Bones suspects there's more to Booth's "cold feet" than he's able to confide, her loyal BFF is on the warpath.

"Angela is angry at the fact that he'd called off this wedding that has been in the works for many years," actress Michaela Conlin told Yahoo TV. "I wouldn't say that [Booth]'s perceived as the bad guy at all — in anyone's eyes except Angela's."

It's unclear how Booth deals with the real bad guy, but Pelant's threat is just a short roadblock in the lovebirds' trip to the altar.

"Angela is the maid of honor, which has been really fun and great," Conlin gushed about the nuptials, which are filming this week.

"We have such a big reunion of people coming back — a lot of great guest stars from prior seasons that fans know," she confirmed. "All the Squinterns are back, so it's gonna be like a big, full house."

When asked which actor she's most eager to see again, Conlin said, "Probably Cyndi Lauper." The pop star, who plays medium Avalon Harmonia, is singing at the big celebration. "She's such a cool character — and she's so cool," added Conlin.

It's safe to assume that star Deschanel is more excited about another wedding crasher: David Hornsby, her real-life husband, is guesting as a priest in the episode, reports E! Online. That's some guest list!

Save the date: "Bones" returns to Fox Monday, Sept. 16 at 8 p.m.
