By 2020, nearly 50% of the U.S. workforce will consist of millennials (according to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics) -- that's the generation of people born between 1985-2000. Sian-Pierre Regis, creator of swaggernewyork.com, an online culture and lifestyle blog, says: "The hustle is so very real right now for these millennials who know: 'listen, I can do anything.' Especially in the digital landscape."
