It wasn’t as if he could just walk away and scratch some dirt. Nope, he’s caged! And she was giving HIM a piece of HER mind!

Chickens have been getting a lot of bad press lately. Lax inspections and bad sanitary conditions at some big poultry producers have caused a nationwide outbreak of salmonella infection. Things have gotten so bad that Mark Bittman, food columnist for the New York Times, asked “Should You Eat Chicken?”
