Suppose you're on the hunt for a new home, and you found it. The area is perfect, the park is great, the surrounding schools are very good and the community is absolutely gorgeous.
But what happens if all the houses are out of your price range. How do you get your ideal home, in the ideal location, for less? ABC News’ correspondent Rebecca Jarvis is on a mission to solve this problem and caught up with Atlanta real estate agent Rob Smith to find the answer.
"Location, location, location. There's a reason why they say that three times. However, they should also be saying, 'price, price, price.’ You've got to buy in the right location, at the right price. So, a good rule of thumb is try to buy the cheapest house, or the worst house on the best street."
