Rihanna Shows Tattoos in Photo Shoot

You already knew she was a "Bad Girl," but now, Rihanna's showing off even more of her dark side in new photo outtakes from her recent Rolling Stone interview.

The 24-year-old singer, seen smoking and showing off her tattoos in the shots, also opens up about Chris Brown in the interview.

Rihanna said she decided it was more important to be happy than to do what the public wanted when it came to getting back together with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

"I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of that [her happiness]," she said. "Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it."

The couple famously split in 2009 after Brown assaulted Rihanna before the Grammys. Brown is still on probation from charges stemming from the altercation. But Rihanna said their relationship is different this time around.

"We don't have those types of arguments anymore. We talk about sh*t," she said. "We value each other. We know exactly what we have now, and we don't want to lose that."

Brown is featured on Rihanna's new song "Nobody's Business," which caused outrage among her fans. The pop star said he doesn't have "the luxury" of screwing up again.

"That's just not an option. I can't say that nothing else will ever go wrong," she said. "But I'm pretty solid in the knowing that he's disgusted by that. And I wouldn't have gone this far if I ever thought that was a possibility."
