The house that served as the exterior of Richards' home on " The Mary Tyler Moore Show" is for sale in Minneapolis for $2.895 million.

The 9,500 sq. ft. house is set on 0.35 acres, with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The listing on Realtor.com advertises "vintage charm combined with modern applications" and "ornate millwork, bayed rooms and leaded glass transom accents throughout." It also includes a three-car garage.

The home was built in 1900 and was last sold in Aug. 2007 for $2.8 million, according to the listing.
