Heather Locklear to Go Back to Rehab?

Is Heather Locklear bound for rehab again? TMZ is reporting that Locklear's family wants her to remain in the UCLA Medical Center after being hospitalized last week for consuming a mixture of drugs and alcohol. It wouldn't be her first time in rehab - in March 2008, a doctor for the "Melrose Place" actress called 911 reporting that she was suicidal. She later went to Arizona for a month seeking treatment for anxiety and depression.

Meanwhile, TMZ released the 911 call that landed Locklear in the hospital on Jan. 12. Almost everything in the recording is redacted because of patient confidentiality, but TMZ cites law enforcement sources who say that in the call, Lockler's sister describes the 50-year-old actress having intense stomach pains and being in severe distress.  " Entertainment Tonight" quoted a source saying Locklear was "out of control" when her sister made the call.

Locklear's rep did not immediately respond to ABCNews.com's requests for comment.
