BlackBerry 10 phones rumored to feature 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processors

RIM sees Active Frames multitasking feature as one of BlackBerry 10′s difference makers

RIM (RIMM) hasn’t revealed very much about the hardware of its upcoming BlackBerry 10 devices just yet, but unnamed sources have told BlackBerryOS that the company’s new devices will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro MSM8960T, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor that will easily be the most powerful processor yet installed in a BlackBerry device. BlackBerryOS says “this news will be comforting” for BlackBerry fans who “will finally be able to hold in their hands a BlackBerry device with some serious computing power.”
