After ongoing legal battles, code violations, and more the property will be auctioned off with the starting bid at over $3,317,577.

Pulaski County Circuit and County Clerk Terri Hollingsworth will be leading the auction tomorrow.

“It ended up in this particular predicament because of the foreclosure, and then the courts ordered that it would be auctioned off in terms of the settlement and that’s what they’re doing now,” Hollingsworth said.

Whoever wins the bid will either put down the whole amount or 10% of it, having to pay the full balance in 90 days.
