The 2017 Grammy nominations have been announced.

Dominating the list this year are Beyoncé, who received nine nominations; and Drake, Rihanna, and Kanye West, who each scored eight. Chance the Rapper's seven nods honor his runaway mixtape Coloring Book and also reflect a strong year for rap, and Adele can include "Album of the Year" in her five nominated categories.

Other notable nominations include Amy Schumer's The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo for "Best Spoken Word Album" (which includes audiobooks, if you're scratching your head), Blink-182 for Best Rock Album (#tbt), and several posthumous nominations for the legendary David Bowie.
