The divine outspoken Miss M.

Bette Midler shared on Twitter Sunday that she was having a hard time believing Attorney General William Barr's four-page summary of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report, which said it found no proof that President Donald Trump or his campaign conspired with Russian efforts to sway the election that put him in office.

But the summary added, "While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him," contrary to the claims of the president, his legal team and allies.
