Tracking weight loss or steps has become a popular form of self-care, but The Doctors discuss a new tracker designed to track the pelvic floor muscles in your vagina.

OB/GYN Dr. Nita Landry tried out the Perifit tracker and she describes her first impression of the device as being "a little larger than I thought it was going to be!" In order to track your muscles, you download an app onto your phone, and the device is paired to your phone through Bluetooth. You then insert the device into your body. Once you are synced you can use your muscles to play a video game on your phone.

Dr. Landry admits "I'm competitive. I don't like to brag, but high score." ER physician Dr. Travis Stork wants to know how often she would recommend using a lady fitness tracker. Normally Dr. Landry recommends people do Kegel exercises about 3-4 times a day. She also warns that a device like the Perifit is best for preventative measures or if you have mild symptoms from prolapse.
