While Atlas Oyster House is The Fish House's sister restaurant, shared deck with a waterfront view and all, executive chef Jason Hughes has transformed the menu to make the restaurant a destination of its own. At Atlas, you can expect to see creative, off-the wall options, like Bloody Mary oyster shooters and Maine lobster corn dogs. But Atlas isn't just for the seafood lovers, as you don't want to miss the bourbon barbecue Clarke County Cookout Cheeseburger.

Food: Atlas is a gem for fresh seafood, with options ranging from raw and baked oysters, to ceviches, chilled seafood towers, sushi rolls, seared snapper, lobster rolls, Gulf shrimp, steamed Florida clams and more. Nick's Boathouse is located right on Pensacola Bay, next to the Community Maritime Park and offers a casual atmosphere. It's a great place to catch the post-game fireworks at the Blue Wahoos Stadium. Inside you'll find a saltwater aquarium, too.

Calvert's in the Heights bills itself as a one-of-a-kind English-themed restaurant, and while it's not quite on the water, it sits on Scenic Highway and offers a unique, elevated view of the Pensacola Bay. The view isn't the only thing to take in, the outside dining area out back has cornhole and kids games.

Food: At Calvert's, you'll receive the restaurant's own take on English cuisine and American bar foods, plus an assortment of beers, liquors and wines.

Established in 1964, the Flora-Bama Lounge is known beyond Florida as one of the top beach bars and is uniquely located on the Alabama-Florida line between Orange Beach and Perdido Key. The restaurant has five stages for live music, several beachfront bars and, of course, spectacular views of the Gulf.

Food: The Flora-Bama Lounge is known for its Bushwackers and oysters. If you're not a fan of seafood, the Ole River Grill is a great place to grab a bite to eat for anyone.

The entryway walls are covered in wooden planks that were reclaimed by the old Coca-Cola warehouse and the restaurant incorporates sustainable features in its design, like solar panels, using repurposed shipping containers and using alternatives to plastic straws.

Casino Beach Bar and Grille sits right on top of Pensacola Beach, with its sugar-white sands that lead right up to the restaurant. This is the place to go if you want to experience the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, island vibes and live music.

The park, formerly known as Premier Adventure Park, added its Caribbean restaurant and tiki bar in 2020 when it rebranded itself as Laguna’s. If you're looking for a laidback beach spot to enjoy some fresh seafood overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound, Dewey Destin's Navarre is perfect for a relaxing day by the water. The company owners are directly related to the city the restaurant got its start in in Destin, Florida, as Leonard Destin, founded the town in 1835. The restaurant group has several Panhandle locations, and pride themselves in serving fresh, sustainable seafood. The Navarre location is the newest after opening in 2018, and the beach backyard is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest, with fresh cocktails, craft beer and games.

Food: Grilled or blackened seafood baskets served with corn-on-the-cob and potatoes and fried baskets served with fries and hushpuppies, steamer plates, sandwiches, mixed green salads and homemade desserts.

Windjammers on the Pier

Windjammers is designed to be a local slice of paradise, with the phrase "come for the food, stay for the views" as its motto. The restaurant is positioned on the Navarre Beach fishing pier that spans 1,545 feet long and stands 30 feet above the water, perfect for securing a sunset view. Juana's is Navarre's oldest family owned restaurant and bar, and is still a favorite hangout spot for locals and tourists alike. At Juana's, you can dance to live music, play a game of sand volleyball and take a ride on a jet ski all in one day. There are plenty of areas to overlook the Santa Rosa Sound, whether it be on the Sailors' Grill deck or the climate-controlled Schooner Bar.
