Today is the final day of Black Friday weekend and Carphone Warehouse are offering some of the biggest discounts across all retailers.

Google Pixel 3
£29.99 upfront, £36 per month for 100GB data on Vodafone
Google's latest smart phone (it was released in October), is intended as a competitor to the market-leading Samsung, and it seems to be working – early indications are that it's very good, particularly the camera and design. It certainly doesn't come cheap, but this deal sees a huge £794 saving, according to Carphone Warehouse.
iPhone 8
£29.99 upfront, £36 per month for 100GB data on Vodafone
It's not the newest iPhone, but the iPhone 8 was given a glowing review by The Telegraph's James Titcomb when it launched, and described as a "very fine phone indeed." With its 4.7inch display, stereo speakers and top camera, it's not hard to see why.
The 8 still doesn't come cheap, but this Black Friday deal should at least help limit the damage. According to Carphone Warehouse, it represents a saving of £460.
iPhone XR
£59.99 upfront, £36 per month for 100GB data on Vodafone
The XR is the new "mid-range" smartphone from Apple. Its screen isn't as good as the XS, but the powerful processor and camera are similar, making it worth the cheaper price than its fellow 2018 Apple cohorts. The phone comes in six different colours. The screen is bigger than the 8 above, and this deal's saving totals £470, which is not insignificant.
iPhone XS Max
£99.99 up front, £52 per month for 100GB on O2
Revealed to great fanfare in September, the XS Max is one of Apple's new flagship phones. It has a 5.8 inch edge-to-edge screen, facial recognition technology to unlock the device, and allows you to have two phone numbers at once.
Our reviewer James Titcomb called it "the jumbotron phone for those who want it all", adding: "The iPhone XS Max... is the logical conclusion of smartphone gigantism. It is more of everything: more screen, more battery, and more damaging to your bank account: you pay a minimum of £1,099 for it."
Sony Xperia XZ2
£29.99 up front, £28 per month for 32GB
The XZ2 has a 5.7-inch screen, a rear camera with 9MP and 4K video recording, and it comes with the latest version of Android. While the selfie camera isn't as good as others it's still a great phone.
Our reviewer Matthew Field gave it 7/10, adding: 'There are lots of points to love about the Sony Xperia XZ2. For one, it is one of the nicest looking Android smartphones out at the moment, in our view'.
Honor 9 Lite
The budget phone is great for its price: it looks sleek, with the screen covering most of its 5.65-inch front, plus with dual cameras on both the front and back of the phone it's ahead of the curve.
Apple iPhone 8 64 GB
£38 a month with £29.99 upfront cost from Carphone Warehouse
While the iPhone 8 isn't the latest model in the Apple family, the phone still boasts a 4.7-inch Retina HD display, a 12MP camera, a 7MP front-facing lens and Touch ID.
