The Best 2018 Holiday Pop-up Shops in New York City

Of all the New York-y things you could do in the city during the holidays—go see The Nutcracker or The Rockettes, or sit around eating roasted chestnuts from a street vendor—shopping is one of the best. Period! Put on a big coat and venture into the fray to check as many loved ones as possible off your list. Whether you're planning a visit or you live here, you probably know some names of big stores and small boutiques you'd like to hit (One Kings Lane's new home goods store, perchance?), and don't let us stop you from checking off every one. But on top of the must-visits, this year has brought a ton of wonderful pop-up shops from design brands we know and love—and they're only here for the holidays, so visit them all while you can. Note: A lot are located in SoHo, so if you need a clear destination, make it that one. And may we recommend swinging by The Goods Mart, an adorable new corner store located at 189 Lafayette Street, if you need a pick-me-up?
