It's election season, and Americans are more tired of listening to other Americans than ever before.

Saturday Night Live knows this despair better than anyone on television. That's why they've arranged an awesome lineup for their final show before the election, featuring Solange to soothe our pain, and Benedict Cumberbatch to give us that little taste of Britain this country desperately needs.

Cumberbatch is the star of Doctor Strange, scheduled to be released Nov. 4. Early reviews of the film have been generally positive, with some calling it one of Marvel's "best origin movies" and their "trippiest movie yet."

This will be the first time Cumberbatch has hosted a live sketch comedy show. The actor is known for some of his killer celebrity impressions, most notably, Tom Hiddleston.

Cumberbatch's Saturday Night Live episode will air Nov. 5.
