Ben Stiller brought his teenage daughter to the Golden Globes – and he wasn't the only one

Was that the Golden Globes red carpet or the arrival line for the world's fanciest father-daughter dance? Several stars brought their kids as their dates to the awards show.

Here are a few of the celebs who celebrated with their offspring:

Ben Stiller

The comedian-turned-director, who was nominated for helming Showtime's "Escape at Dannemora," brought daughter Ella, 16, as his plus one. She looked classy in a sweetheart neckline gown with dark accents.

Idris Elba

People's reigning Sexiest Man Alive was also a proud papa, squiring his 16-year-old daughter, Isan, who was this year's Golden Globes Ambassador.

In fact, Elba was so proud that he grabbed the mic and told the audience, “I am thrilled and almost have tears in my eyes to introduce my baby girl."

Spike Lee

Lee, who was nominated for directing "BlacKkKlansman," brought the whole fam: son Jackson, 22, wife Tonya and daughter Satchel, 24.

Laura Dern

Jaya Harper, the actress' 14-year-old daughter from her marriage to musician Ben Harper, tagged along as the "Tale" nominee's plus one.
