A belly full of flapjacks: Lion's Club has good turnout for pancake breakfast
A large crowd gathered Saturday at the Thornton Park Pavilion for the 73rd annual Bedford Lion's Club Pancake Festival.
Bedford Lion's Club member Steve Warren was there flipping flapjacks.
"We've got good weather for it. We've done really well today," Warren said.
The fundraiser helps the Lion's Club with its charitable works in Bedford.
Bedford Boy Scout Troop 332 handled the drive through orders, which routed traffic through Beech Grove Cemetery to the backside of the Thornton Park Pavilion.
