Shebekino and Grayvoron in Belgorod Oblast are also on the list of small towns, despite being subjected to frequent bombardment.

Background: Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reports attacks on Belgorod city and oblast almost every day. On the evening of 1 April, the Belgorod Oblast authorities reported that air defence had been activated in Belgorod and its vicinity.
