Behind the scenes with the 8 News Now Taco Bracket winner Tacos El Guero

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — You voted and the results are in – the winner of the 8 News Now March Madness Taco Bracket is Tacos El Guero. The family-owned and operated business specializes in authentic Mexican-style street tacos like carne asada, pollo, al pastor, and quesabirria.

Co-owner and content creator Jose Buzani gained a large following on TikTok by trying and reviewing taco stands in the Las Vegas valley. He met Javier and Ruby Navarro, who at that time, were making and selling tacos from their backyard. The three decided to go into business together, opening Tacos El Guero.

“It’s a family-run business, we put a lot of love into our food, and it speaks for itself,” said chef and co-owner Javier Navarro.

Tacos El Guero opens daily at 10 a.m. They are located at 4440 East Washington Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89110.
