Beer-themed restaurant in North Myrtle Beach, SC, closes suddenly. Here’s what we know
World of Beer in North Myrtle Beach shut down on Tuesday with little notice about the closure.
The national beer chain announced it would be closed effective immediately on its social media pages. The restaurant served around 300 different kinds of beer from all over the world as well as other bar foods, according to its Facebook.
World of Beer, located at 1386 U.S. 17 N., first opened in North Myrtle Beach in July 2020, according to The Sun News.
“We have truly appreciated serving Myrtle Beach and the surrounding community for the past 3+ years and thank all of our loyal guests and dedicated employees,” said Laurel Avery, World of Beer public relations coordinator, by email.
