This billboard along Winfield Dunn Parkway in January 2023 previewed the then-upcoming Buc-ee's at exit 407 in Sevierville.

Well folks, it's nearly here. Buc-ee's fans have to wait a little longer than anticipated, but the mega gas station and convenience store in Sevierville has announced its new opening date after a short delay.

The largest-yet Buc-ee's gas station is almost open and Buc-ee, the brand's beaver mascot, will open his furry arms wide to greet Smokies visitors on June 26.

Doors will open at 6 a.m. and a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 11 a.m.

Buc-ee's in Sevierville, Tennessee, was set to open near the beginning of June, a spokesperson told Knox News, but the opening was delayed for a few weeks.
