At dinner time, diners will have the choice of barbecue chicken breast, smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, or a black-eyed pea burger. People who want to skip the lines can purchase meal tickets in advance online. Ordering ahead isn’t required, though, and cash, credit cards, and mobile pay will be accepted at the park during the fundraiser.

Barbecue won’t be the only thing at Wisner Park during Glove House’s fundraiser. The event will feature kids’ activities, raffles for prizes, and a silent auction. Attendees will also have the chance to learn about what Glove House does for the community.

Glove House was founded in Elmira in 1970, and its programs serve families in more than 15 counties in New York State. This not-for-profit organization uses holistic approaches that focus on keeping youths in their homes.
