SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — Bagdad-Garcon Point Water System issued a precautionary boil water notice for customers on Friday, according to a release.

Man arrested for deadly Semmes crash tried to leave the country: Court documents

The notice was issued because a water main break occurred, leading to a pressure loss.

“Therefore, as a precaution, the Bagdad – Garcon Point Water System, Inc. advises that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled,” the release said. “A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used.”

According to the release, the notice will remain in effect until the problem is corrected and a bacteriological survey shows the water is safe to drink.
