Babies R Us locations are coming to Kohl's stores in Westchester, Lower Hudson Valley

Babies R Us locations are expected to open this year at several Kohl’s stores in Westchester County and the Lower Hudson Valley.

USA Today reported that Kohl’s is teaming with WHO Global – Babies R Us’ parent company — to open the stores. The seven stores coming to the Lower Hudson Valley are among 200 expected to open around the country. The first locations are projected to open in August, with the rest opening through the fall.

Kohl's in Lower Hudson Valley slated to get Babies R Us stores

Here’s where you'll be able to find Babies R Us, according to a news release posted by Kohl's:

  • Brewster - 60 Independent Way

  • Cortlandt Manor - 3008 E. Main St.

  • Nanuet - 220 E. Route 59

  • Newburgh - 150 Old Little Britain Road

  • Port Chester - 431 Boston Post Road

  • Wappingers Falls - Nine Mall Plaza, 1830 South Road

  • Yonkers - 2350 Central Park Ave.

According to the release, the Babies R Us shops will have "a curated assortment of the latest baby gear, furniture, (activities), accessories, and more."

In 2018, Babies R Us stores started to close after then-parent company Toys R Us filed for bankruptcy. But in 2021, WHO Global acquired Babies R Us and Toys R Us.
