Do you know what it's like to live in rural Australia? No? Never fear, someone has gone and made a film about outback dwelling, ute driving and star-crossed lovers.

The first trailer for the Australian movie Spin Out dropped on Thursday and it's either the most ridiculous or the most glorious thing to happen to the Australian film industry since Crocodile Dundee.

The film is centred around Billy and Lucy, presumably united by their love of driving cars in circles really fast. Although, it seems Lucy wants more than driving around in circles. Maybe circle driving is a metaphor for life? Australia's current political climate? A promotion for the safety and efficiency of roundabouts?

No, in actual fact, it appears we will be getting a peek into the interesting culture of Bachelor and Spinster Balls, affectionately referred to as B&S balls. These balls, essentially social gatherings for the 'youth' set in the outback, tend to culminate in alcohol being chugged from boots and doing it like they do on the discovery channel.

With the release of Spin Out, Australia may finally get the on-screen representation it has lacked in recent years. Will someone wrestle a crocodile or will it be the film that finally eradicates those ridiculous Crocodile Dundee impressions?

If you've ever graced the muddy paddocks of a B&S ball you will know what you're in store for. if not, the gentleman below chugging beer in a boot is just a taster of what to expect.
