Audrey Hepburn fans are being treated to plenty of exciting news this month. First, it was announced that the Old Hollywood starlet's estate - everything from clothing to photographs - is going up for auction this September. Now, Hepburn's former Los Angeles home has been listed for sale at nearly $14 million.

The 7,000-square-foot property was designed in 1938 by architect Paul Williams and Hepburn wasn't the only member of Hollywood royalty to call it home: Mia Farrow, Eva Gabor, and David Niven all lived there during their lifetimes. In fact, the house is officially know as the Eva Gabor Estate and is located in the affluent neighborhood of Holmby Hills. But that's just the start.

With such an impressive roster of celebrity tenants, it's no surprise that the house features some of the most luxurious amenities we've ever seen.

Inside the gated estate you'll find six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a private tennis court, a guest house, and 1.1 acres of tastefully-manicured gardens and lawns. Both the interior and exterior spaces are so grand, it's easy to imagine fixtures of Old Hollywood flocking here for star-studded parties.
