National Constitution Center president and CEO Jeffrey Rosen took part in a broad discussion on “The Diane Rehm Show” on Tuesday about the ability of President-elect Donald Trump to act on his campaign promises.

Rosen appeared with guest host Susan Page, and Matthew Dallek from The George Washington University; and Julie Hirschfeld Davis, White House reporter for The New York Times.

Rosen spoke about constitutional aspects of enacting many of the promises made on the campaign trail.
