Audible announces Peppa Pig podcast with new episodes - and it's dropping soon

Peppa Pig is getting a brand new podcast from Audible – and fans will be able to listen very soon.
The beloved kids TV show has been a staple for 20 years, and is set to expand into the world of audio with PEPPA PIG’s Play-A-Long Podcast.
The series will consist of six episodes – each 15 minutes long – that are set to launch on July 11, according to Deadline.
Described as an “immersive experience for the whole family”, the series includes interactive games, outdoor adventures and sing-alongs with the aptly-named band The Piggy-Wigs.
The podcast will touch upon a number of topics, including long journeys for pre-schoolers in 'Are We There Yet', and recognising and navigating emotions in 'Very Big Feelings'.
“For 20 years, Peppa has been the first best friend of children around the globe, inspiring them to confidently jump into all of life’s muddy puddles,” said Hasbro's SVP and GM, Global Brands, Fashion & Preschool, Kristin McKay.
“Now, with Audible, we’re proud to deliver even more ways for fans and families to connect with their favourite piggy with podcasts to bring Peppa wherever they are.”

Peppa Pig follows the titular female piglet and her family and friends.
Last year, it was confirmed that singer Katy Perry and her actor fiancé Orlando Bloom would lend their voices to a three-part event to mark the show's 20th anniversary this year.
Bloom plays Mr Raccoon, a “jeweller who assists with the preparations for Mr Bull and Ms. Cow’s nuptials,” while Perry plays Ms Leopard, a “dressmaker who helps out with the first-ever wedding seen in the franchise.”
PEPPA PIG’s Play-A-Long Podcast will premiere on Aubible on July 11.
