Athleta is releasing a new line with Alicia Keys in March—here's what we know

Alicia Keys—actress, singer-songwriter and acclaimed activist—is joining up with sportswear and wellness brand Athleta to launch her own limited-edition collection of athletic wear, coming this March.

The Athleta x Alicia Keys collaboration was announced last week, featuring the slogan "A powerful woman knows the power of women." The collection will feature items in sizes XXS to 3X, including crop tops, jumpsuits, high-waisted leggings and more in both bright and neutral hues. The first round of releases will drop on International Women's Day, March 8, 2022.

Not only will the collaboration include limited-edition styles and exclusive wellness content, the launch will also feature opportunities to apply for community grants that support wellness, in conjunction with the Power of She Fund. Right now, the Power of She Fund is celebrating four Black change-makers: Gigi Lucas, Chanice Holmes, Michelle Grady and Lori Ward.

In the video preview included in the collaboration's announcement, Keys sits down with a group of women to discuss the notions of empowerment and freedom. Video updates and a full version of the video will be available on AthletaWell starting in March.
