Assault, expired registration, possession among Boyd indictments

Mar. 15—CATLETTSBURG — A grand jury in Boyd County indicted 10 people Tuesday ranging from public intoxication to possession of drugs.

An indictment is a formal accusation and is not an indication of guilt. Anyone named in an indictment should be presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

—. Randall L. Rawlins, of New Boston, Ohio, was indicted on first-degree assault, and tampering with physical evidence.

—Aaron Pritchard, of Ashland, was indicted on public intoxication of a controlled substance, first-degree wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine and giving an officer false identifying information.

—Jason Hardwick, of Ashland, was indicted on first-degree possession of methamphetamine.

—Dennis S. Hall, of Ashland, was indicted on first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), trafficking in a controlled substance greater or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

—Christina D. Anderson, of Ironton, was indicted on speeding (18 mph over the limit), operating on suspended or revoked operators license, possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), trafficking in greater or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

—Joshua S. Riley, of Ashland, was indicted on public intoxication with controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

—Amanda S. Spencer, of Raceland, was indicted on possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

—Randall Lee Smith, of Ironville, was indicted on possession of heroin.

—James R. Robinette, of Wellston, Ohio, was indicted on first-degree criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid or assistance.
