'Arrow' Star Colton Haynes's Ursula Costume Is the One to Top This Halloween

Life is better down where it’s wetter, take it from Colton Haynes.

The Arrow actor has thrown down the gauntlet to other celebrities this Halloween, letting them know that they need to bring it. There’s no question that by dressing as sea witch Ursula from The Little Mermaid — complete with a shock of white locks, enough eye shadow to make Mimi Bobeck jealous, and a nip slip — he is an early frontrunner for best dressed. (Be worried, Heidi Klum! Be very worried.)

Haynes, who plays Roy Harper on the show, was proud of his costume, sharing nine posts of it on Instagram. After thanking the team who brought it to life, he shared some of himself in action.

He showed a full-length view when he posed next to Austin Nichols, who was Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry.

Haynes posed with his co-star Emily Bett Rickards, who dressed up as Sailor Moon. “Heading out with my love @emilybett,” he wrote.

There was a photo and video of himself eating. (And eating.) “Hi, fans,” he said as food practically fell out of his mouth.

And, of course, there was a group selfie. Or two. The pix proved he has some creative friends — and they all love Halloween.

Making Haynes’s costume extra awesome? It was going to take a lot to top what he did last year — dressing as Fiona from Shrek — and he did that.

In his posting spree he included a photo of his ogre ensemble, writing, “So freakin excited about Halloween this yr…gonna be hard to top my costume from last yr but I think it’s about to happen :) #tbt #PrincessFionaMissesYall #ThisWkndWillBeEpic.“

Yup, it happened. And it was epic.
