Armenian opposition vows to continue protests after acting PM rejects talks

YEREVAN (Reuters) - Armenian opposition leader Nikol Pashinyan said on Friday he would continue to call for anti-government protests after acting Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan refused to hold talks with him. Armenia, a close ally of Russia, faces a crisis after two weeks of protests against the ruling elite led to the resignation of Serzh Sarksyan as prime minister on Monday.
