Arlington police find stolen car near Pentagon City mall

ARLINGTON, Va. (DC News Now) — Arlington County Police Department (ACPD) officers detained two people after finding a stolen vehicle near the Pentagon City mall.

ACPD said in a post on the X platform just before 4:40 p.m. that officers had found the stolen car in the 800 block of Army Navy Dr.

The two people who were detained were in the car when police found it.

Police said that as of 4:40 p.m., officers were still at the scene investigating. ACPD said there was no threat to the community.
