Arlington police: Man arrested, charged with numerous drug offenses
ARLINGTON, Va. (DC News Now) — Officers from the Arlington County Police Department arrested a man and charged him with numerous drug offenses.
On April 30, at around 8:39 a.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of S. Glebe Road for a report of a “suspicious person.”

Police said that an employee caught two people who “gained entry” into a hotel room and then left the property after they were caught.
Officers eventually found the suspect walking nearby and detained him.
The suspect gave officers a false identity and throughout their investigation into the situation, they found suspected narcotics and credit cards that did not belong to him.
The suspect was identified as 33-year-old Deonte Lewis. He was being held without bond.
His list of charges include:
Two counts of felony possession with intent to distribute controlled substances
One misdemeanor charge of possession with intent to distribute controlled substance
Two counts of credit card theft
One count of providing false ID
